Well....: Luckily chlamydia trachomatis isn't transmitted well to the throat like gonorrhea often is thru unprotected oral sex. You probably didn't, but if this is someone you care about or even just like and respect, it would be wise to be honest. Also probably time to use condoms more regularly even for head as chlamydia can cause you permanent fertility issues and pain.
