Get checked.: You may have a cyst there that is now infected. Get checked Avoid harsh soaps and fragrances in skin care and laundry products and tight clothes in that area, too. Fragrances and harsh soaps are skin irritants. Tight clothes increase the chance of chafing and ingrown hairs, both of which increase chance of boils and other infections.
