Chronic pelvic pain is sever today. hurts to move/walk. it's a tender/sore feeling that radiates. march lapscopy= no endo. what could be the problem?

Pain: Well for one, endometriosis may not be visible yet at age 17, so it can't be completely excluded. A variety of things could be going on like ovarian cyst, interstitial cystitis, bowel problems, appendicitis, PID and pregnancy. There's not enough info here to rule much out. You may want to do a more extensive consult or call your GYN
