LUQ pain??: The thing that comes to mind is that your spleen is in the left upper quadrant of your abdomen. As you deeply inhale your diaphragm drops and pushed down on the spleen. Were you playing rough football or rugby and got pushed hard in the stomach or lower chest areas?
