alcohol or soft drinks which is more harmful for health?

Alcohol: Over time, I would say alcohol is more detrimental for a variety of reasons. This includes physiologic as well as psychological issues. Soft drinks with sugar place a person at risk of metabolic syndrome as well as Type 2 Diabetes. Usually soft drinks do not affect your behavior or your relationships. Alcohol trumps soft drinks.
