RU-21 is useless: Antipokhmelin, or ru-21, is rumored to help avoid the effects of hangover after drinking alcohol. This claim is bogus; there is no scientific evidence that it has any benefit to avoid intoxication from alcohol nor to lessen the hangover symptoms after drinking alcohol.
