Probably a silly question but i recently used a collagen mask sheet i got from a asian market and my cheeks feel tight will it go away?

Yes: Yes sort of silly since these are usually sold to promote facial tightness! But who knows what besides collagen might be in the sheet. You might be allergic to something in it. At any rate, the facial skin "turns over" (the cells die and fall off) fairly quickly, so the tight feeling will go as soon as that happens. Just moisturize with something that is not irritating like Aquaphor.
