Never too strong: Antibiotics are never "too strong" although they are often prescribed "incorrectly" for viral illnesses which won't respond. Best examples are colds, bronchitis & sinusitis which normally will resolve in a week w/antibiotics and 7 days w/o antibiotics. We should also try to chose appropriate antibiotic ie narrow spectrum for infection, rather than broad spectrum option. Work closely w/ur FamilyDoc
