is it normal to feel really weak + drained in my limb muscles hours after a colonoscopy? w/restlessness and tingling in my legs and arms. hypotension?

Not normal: But possible. You are most likely experiencing signs of dehydration +/- electrolyte abnormalities following colon prep. Hydrate as much as you can, if symptoms persist see your doc.
