Watchful waiting...: To be really sure that you don't have a fever, use some sort of thermometer to check your temperature. Then it's a matter of time to see what happens next: cough, sore throat, allergies, ear pain, muscle aches, painful urination, etc. Or perhaps none of that will happen and that hot feeling inside will vanish. But if you notice symptoms or progression of feeling hot inside, go see your Family Doc.
