Probably accurate: It's common for people's BP to be higher in a doctor's office than at home, due to anxiety and stress from being at the doctor's, or because of the health problem that brings people to doctors. Sometimes called "white coat hypertension". Bring your home BP cuff to the office or to your local pharmacy and compare the results. Probably you'll find your home cuff is accurate.
