Hi, yesterday i took a pill, and started getting a feeling that it's stuck in my throat. could it be there? could it stuck in breathing system ?

Very unlikely: Swallowing Large pills or patients with a dry throat can have that sensation. If you can talk and breathe normally it is proof that the pill is not stuck. Drink plenty of water and eat some food: symptoms should disappear shortly. If it does not call your PCP or ENT for an evaluation.
