GLOBUS HYSTERICUS: Is the name for a benign lump in the throat usually due to ANXIETY.. I recommend a complete Ear Nose and Throat examination by Board Certified ENT after that some counseling and perhaps a short term anti-anxiety medication..(Speak with your PCP (Primary Care Provider) !!!
