See a doctor: You may have viral (or bacterial) gastroenteritis. Considering the amount of watery diarrhea you have passed, I highly recommend evaluation by a physician to determine your complete metabolic profile (CMP), provide IV hydration, and evaluate for possible infectious causes (CBC, stool studies), thus determining the need for antibiotics. A physical exam will also help w/ assessing acuity. Good luck!
