Could be yeast: Cheesy vaginal discharge, without odor, is typical for a yeast infection. Usually there is itching or irritation as well, but not necessarily. Metronidazole for BV indeed can trigger yeast infections, as can almost any antibiotic. Best to return to the doctor or clinic where your BV was treated for diagnosis and professional advice.
