Underweight suggests: If you are otherwise healthy, you are underweight for your height. Your ideal weight would be close to 59 kg. Try getting regular physical exercise, drink plenty of water, and try eating several small meals throughout the day. Be sure to eat protein (meat, fish, eggs, cheese, milk) every day, as well as carbs (pasta, bread). If you are vegetarian, eat hummus, pita, nuts, olives, dates).
