You deserve ; need: More help than you can get from an online doctor. Are you seeing an eating disorder specialist? Sometimes residential treatment is needed when weight becomes dangerously low. Really low body weight can fuel depression and vice versa. It sounds like intensive treatment is needed. Take care.
