Oral bumps: The lips are common sites for small blockages of the salivary gland ducts, which may seem like pimples. Usually these are transient and not serious. If it is primarily the lower lip, things like cheilitis glandularis or actinic cheilitis might be considered, which may be related to solar damage or inflammatory changes. If they persist, see your doctor for an exam.
