Gynecologist: Yellow vaginal discharge usually means a vaginal infection, but since there is no further yellow discharge the situation appears resolved. I wouldn't think that the pill cleared up an infection,however. Maybe the original discharge was simply mucus. Consult your gynecologist if you still have concerns.
