IMPORTANT.: Go back to the cardiologist as soon as possible. If symptomatic go now. This must be looked into and I wonder if there is any progression since the last cath. There may be greater lesions and may be the 60% lesions have progressed. do not procrastinate./

Go to ER: my advise go to the ER. It could be non cardiac pain but with this history I will suspect cardiac until proven otherwise . Either get in advise from his cardiologist or go to the ER

Heart problem: Does it feel like when he had symptoms before the stents? This is a heart problem until proven otherwise. You need to go to your doctor or your cardiologist to get it sorted as soon as possible. If you are having symptoms currently go to the Emergency Department NOW!
