Took my blood pressure in store & machine said high! 130/72 at first, then 124/69 after a few minutes. isn't that bad? im only 21. now having panic?

Store blood pressure: machines may not be accurate. Please don't trust them for a good reading. See your doc for that. The numbers you report are not extremely high and they went down as they often do after you calmed down a bit. Anxiety and OCD seem to be the root issue. Please see a mental health professional for that and don't use medication only, which may have a place. Peace and good health.

Results vary. : Results may vary, depending upon the machine used. Some may give a good "ballpark" reading while others may be off by a large amount. Do not trust any machine which has not been correlated with a doctor's reading taken immediately before or after the machine reading. Before getting upset, have your doctor check your blood pressure, and recommend a home unit if necessary.
