How would you recommend coming off topamax (topiramate) i'm currently on 75mg am and 50mg pm. what dosage should i drop to and how often. i'm on for migraines?

Slow Taper: Stopping the med may cause the headache to recur. Please ask the doctor that started you on the med for the recommended tapering dose. Make sure you watch all the triggers for your migraine such as caffeine. The taper should be slow and gradual. Best wishes.
