Sharp hand pains: Repetitive work can cause muscle pains. Break every 45 min at work for 3- minutes to shake out your hands >if you use power equipment the vibration could also cause pains. if you work on a computer the position of hands if not a 90 degress can also result in pain ( need to strike the keys like playing piano) Try motri n200 mg 2 tabs 2-3 x a day, try epsom salt 1/4 in bath 1/wk f/u w/doc
