Not really: The term "neoplasm of uncertain behavior" refers to a specific pathologic diagnosis. It represents a lesion of skin whose behavior cannot be predicted. Currently it is considered a benign lesion but one that over time could undergo malignant transformation Such lesions include congenital giant pigmented nevus, dysplastic nevus and nevus sebaceous of Jadassohn.
