I've had random shooting pain in either clavicle, sometimes my shins for 5+ yrs.no injuries or high impact sports since before this began. what is it?

Weird pain sense: You complain of pains above your chest area (the clavicles) and also in your lower legs (the shins. Do you do some sort of rowing exercise routine? Otherwise I can't see how the upper part of your body is affecting the lower part of your body. Please explain. Do you do rock climbing??
