Altitude illness: Yes, been there, had that. Awful. Fortunately it probably won't last too long assuming you're back at normal altitude for you. Get outside, exercise, take plenty of fresh air (real oxygen helps if you have an oxygen bar nearby!) and most importantly, drink lots of water to make up for any deficit. Next time you have to go to altitude, you can get a prescription to help prevent it. Better soon
