Too much Omeprazole: Yes you should stop it.To start with you are taking high dose of Omeprazole . 40mgm in 24 hours is the usual dose and now you are being treated with a multiple drug pack for H Pylori infection and it does contain omeprazole as well . Your doctor should have explained to you that you stop omeprazole. We don't know if you are being treated by a Gastroenterologidt or not .I suggest you consult GI
