Normal after plan B: It is not a good idea to take Plan B pill on top of BC. Heavy bleeding with this combination is likely. Now consider this as a normal period. After 5 days start a new cycle of BC pills. If bleeding persists after 5 days or if severe cramps, dizziness, light headed, then see your primary doctor or Ob/Gyn right away.
