Yes: Plan B disrupts your normal cycle, so can see abnormal bleeding for 6-8 weeks after in some women. If ongoing, can see your Gyn.

Check pg test now.: You took plan b because you had unprotected sex. It is not foolproof. Check a pg test. If not, plan B can cause a change in menstrual pattern. However, unprotected sex can cause infections as well as a pregnancy. Get checked by your doc. If you have fever, pain, dizziness, or other unexpected worrying symptoms go to an ER now.
