I took a plan b pill on the last day of my period and now im bleeding again as if im on my period again. my period was 2/15 to 2/19. i took the pill 02/19 and yesterday 2/23 im bleeding, heavy. is this normal?

Yes, your bleeding is likely due to plan B. By the way, you should avoid sexual intercourse when having the menses and if you want to then your partner should at least use condom. Take care!
