Good therapy topic: there are two parts to your question. Being unable to say no can be due to many emotional issues which are best addressed in therapy. However, being unable to say no to sex could be part of your bipolar disorder . This is common in manic states. See your doc to get any bipolar symptoms under control and in the meantime stay sexually safe. Then you can address issues with people pleasing.

Hypersexuality...: ..can be part of mania and you already seem to have diagnosed yourself. First, keep yourself safe. No bars, no drinking. Second, see your primary care immediately to get in to see a psychiatrist and a therapist more quickly. You can't know for sure what is driving your behavior until you get help in sorting it all out. Last, use condoms and get tested!

No simple answer: There is no simple answer to this serious behavior. You should have therapy & there may very well be some medication that will be helpful to you also. It is very important that you have a psychiatric evaluation so you and your doctor can look at all aspects of this problem & develop a treatment plan. There also should be a physical exam including pregnancy test and discussion of birth control.
