Needs evaluation: These kind of symptoms are quite often associated with gallbladder stones or infection. Occasionally problems with large bowel, right lower lung or lung linning will cause same. You need to be seen right away in ER., Urgent care, or primary M.D. for more tests, xrays, ultra sound, or even C.T. scans, to find cause & treatment. Please don't wait and don't eat or drink anything till evaluated.

Get examined ASAP: Your symptoms are concerning. You should see a physician or go to ER or urgent care asap. You may have an abdominal condition such as inflammation of the gall bladder or a pulmonary problem such as pulmonary embolism(blood clot)...or any one of several other conditions. No one can diagnose your condition without examining you...and that includes you. Don't try to self diagnosis...it won't help.
