It means that...: ...the part of the tracing that represents the electrical activity of your left ventricle is lower than "average." This DOESN'T NECESSARILY mean that something's wrong with your heart. The placement of the leads, the amount of soft tissue between the heart & the electrode, and the blood volume & size of the heart can all affect the measured height of the QRS complex. Helpful?

Generally cardiac: Low voltage QRS complexes, part if the EKG tracing, may be indicative of a weaker myocardium or the heart muscle. This could be due to a number of conditions affecting heart, including myocarditis and pericarditis etc.
