Vit D3, H202 Humidif: Here's a regimen I recommend for many of my patients. Take 10,000 IU Vit D3 every day that you're sick. Cut to 5,000 IU otherwise. When symptoms present, fill a cool mist humidifier with 1 bottle hyrogen peroxide, and 2 bottles water. That gives a 1% aerosolized solution of peroxide. The peroxide kills virus and bacteria on contact, and breaks down into water and oxygen. Good for flu & colds
