HopefullyFindACause: First, double the dose of Zofran (ondansetron). And if you can, chew it up and let it dissolve and get absorbed through your mouth. If that doesn't work you might consider seeing a doctor to make sure nothing serious is going on, especially if you have fever or a headache. Other than Dramamine, other effective medications for nausea require a prescription unless you want to try herbs or homeopathic medications.
