LLQ: These symptoms in your age group are suggestive of inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn' s disease. Ulcerative colitis usually has more diarrhea with red blood in the stools. Diverticulitis of the Left colon generally does not have associated bleeding. Kidney stones aren't very likely the problem. A gastroenterologist is best qualified to evaluate and treat you.
