See a dermatologist: If you use ketoconazole shampoo all over, you do not need another cleanser. Your polypharmacy suggests that your DR is using a "shotgun" approach to therapy and may not feel confident of her diagnoses. Ketoconazole shampoo is safe, cheap, easy to use. Might as well use it in shower every day.
