Need experienced OB: You will need an experienced OB MD who has done several repeat C/sections because you will probably have adhesions whereby bowel, and other structures stick to the uterus. Moreover, it will be difficult to surgically take down the bladder flap again due to adhesions. Risky? Not in able surgeons hands.
