Probably: Omega 3 supplements are associated with better vision and hand-eye coordination. They are pregnancy category C since there is not enough evidence to confirm their safety, but there are no studies showing harm. Since it's very hard to get the recommended allowance of omega 3's (650 mg) with diet alone, supplements are probably a good idea. Tell your OB and follow dosage instructions.
