Green stool: you need to see a gastroenterologist. Stools should be checked for infectious diarrhea an blood. Green stool either represent ice of rapid transit. Possible bile salt diarrhea. Full work up is needed. Especially if accompanied by weight loss. This does not sound like mere ulcer
