A lot of damage: MRSA (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus) can be very serious and cause serious short and long term problems. Within 10 days, the infection can go from a localized skin infection or boil/abscess to invading into the blood stream and causing serious infections throughout the body, like sepsis, endocarditis, kidney failure, brain infection or all organs at the same time. Very serious!
