Bronchodilators: All produce bronchodilation, widening of the airways, ipratropium and tiotropium are more used in COPD patients, while salmetrol more in asthma patients, I advise you not to self medicate with any of them, please see a doctor first

Medications: Salbutamol is a rescue inhaler used to treated an acute wheezing episode. Medications like Ipratropium are used to dry secretions and are used more routinely for COPD or chronic bronchitis. All the best.
