Pregnancy test, Gyn: Many causes of nausea/vomit but should chk pregnancy (e.g. home urine kit) esp if period delayed or last was irregular since tubal ligation does not assure inability to become pregnant. Discharge (assume vaginal) may indicate Infection and u should seek medical attention of primary care or Gyn to have urine and discharge tested as soon as possible so that appropriate treatment can be started
