Unsure: The sore nipples are commonly related to the rise in progesterone during the cycle. For many women that becomes more noticeable after conception due to the markedly increased progesterone levels in pregnancy. If you have not done a pregnancy test, it would be appropriate to check one. If your symptoms get worse then see your doctor.

Could be normal: Its not uncommon for my female patients to have sore nipples, possibly mid cycle bleeding. If there is more concern a home pregnancy test and further evaluation by your doctor would be recommended.
