I had a baby 11 days ago when is it ok to go into a pool that's at a house? it was a vaginal delivery and no stitches

When/if you feel OK: The usual advice is to wait till your postpartum bleeding / staining has stopped because of concerns regarding postpartum uterine or pelvic infections. If you are healthy, feel well, have no bleeding, no pelvic/abdominal pain, no fever..., you may resume all your physical and sexual activities fairly safely, including "going into a pool". Enjoy!
