It varies a lot: There is good treatment for stage 4 colon Cancer. Most people live for 2-3 years when they take chemotherapy. If the liver tumor is small it can even be removed with surgery. Tell us about the dates of your diagnosis and what type of chemotherapy you have used and for how long? Then we can give you a better estimate of expected survival.
