Good and Better.: The good thing is that in another six or seven months the whole problem should resolve. The better point is , you may have learned that self treating plantar fasciitis can many times be less that fruitful. You need to have the foot re-evaluated. There are specific accepted treatments designed to help your condition, although, they make not work as fast as you want.
