I have plantersfacitis and i haven't seen a dr in a year or more and know the pain is so unbearable i can barely walk there so swollen!!

See a podiatrist: See a podiatrist who can perform a diagnostic ultrasound. This can determine how bad your condition is. After a year and still present you can consider a plantar fasciotomy or a Tenex (guanfacine) procedure if you have exhausted all conservative care.

Good and Better.: The good thing is that in another six or seven months the whole problem should resolve. The better point is , you may have learned that self treating plantar fasciitis can many times be less that fruitful. You need to have the foot re-evaluated. There are specific accepted treatments designed to help your condition, although, they make not work as fast as you want.
