Ocusoft scrub v heat: These 2 forms of treatment are used for eyelash crusting and dandruff or eyelid problems. Both are each very successful treatments. One or both may be more successful than the other. Some people may need/benefit from doing both either for weeks or sometimes for years. Ask your eye doctor what they recommend and have a 2nd exam to check your progress and discuss what the next instructions are.
