Lower left ovary is killing me. had an ultrasound months ago told everything was fine. intestines are working fine no signs anything there is wrong. ?

Follow up: If you had an imaging study that did not answer the question, it either is not something that can be answered by that imaging study, or is not something that will be identified by imaging. Ultrasound is only one type of imaging test. CT scan may be helpful if your doctor thinks that it will assist him/her.
