No: No it is not. If you are taking thyroid replacement check to see if your dose is too high.

Highly unlikely: However having Hashimoto's indicates a predisposition to develop other autoimmune diseases which may or may not account for your symptoms. The anxiety may be a basic issue or from concern over your various symptoms. Suggest that you consult an internist to get the evaluation started.
